Description
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey.
- Collect fares and issue tickets accurately.
- Assist passengers in boarding and alighting, especially those with disabilities.
- Monitor passenger behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the driver.
- Provide information about routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of road transportation, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure passenger safety, assist with boarding, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
