Description
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Execute repairs and installations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, air conditioning repair, installation, routine inspections, and welding. Knowledge of safety and distribution components is essential.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in commercial and residential environments, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
