簡介

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with other staff and contractors as needed.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant certifications in maintenance or technical fields are a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or similar roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, air conditioning repair, installation, routine inspection, and using power and hand tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, repair electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Working Conditions: May involve physical labor; work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive, multiskilled approach to maintenance challenges.
