Description

PURPOSE: To lead the development and execution of Cibo’s brand strategies. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand growth and recognition. The ideal brand manager will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing brands.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience, including positioning, messaging, and brand architecture.
  • Manage the brand identity, including visual elements, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets and messaging that effectively communicate the brand value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, and use data-driven insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to brand awareness, perception, and equity, and develop strategies to enhance brand performance and drive business growth.
  • Identify strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand values and objectives, and negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize brand exposure and impact.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans to effectively communicate brand messages to target audiences through various channels, including digital, social media, PR, events, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all touchpoints and customer interactions.
  • Performs any other task to be given from time to time.

Requirements

EDUCATION: College Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Marketing or related fields 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or hospitality industries.

SKILLS:

  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Internet savvy
  • Advance knowledge in various computer applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Friendly, confident and personable
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
