Description
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen the Kleensafe, Izzupetto and Sexy Sole brand in the market.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the brand budget to optimize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on brand performance metrics.
- Foster brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, branding, product launches, social media, market research, business analysis, direct sales, campaigns, brand marketing, and digital marketing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute brand strategies, oversee product launches, conduct market research, manage social media campaigns, and analyze business performance.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; may require travel for events.
- Qualities and Traits: Innovative, analytical, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and a team player.
