Description

Supervise and guide store staff in daily activities, ensuring efficient and quality service.
Assist in meeting or exceeding store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss or shrinkage.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and orderliness of the store.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating store personnel.
Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the head office when necessary.
Open and/or close the store according to schedule and security procedures.
Support in implementing promotions and marketing strategies in-store.

Requirements

College degree in any course.
Experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work in Pasig City
