Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a sales admin assistant, cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, evenings, holidays and weekends
