Description
- Manage employee relations, oversee payroll processes, and assist in talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations and support team development.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- BPO Shared Service
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles and BPO Shared Service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Management, and Talent Acquisition. BPO Shared Service
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
