We are looking for an expert with in-depth research and practical experience in cross-chain technology within the blockchain space to lead the design and development of the company's cross-chain architecture, promoting interoperability and application implementation across multiple chains.

As a Cross-Chain Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing high-performance, secure cross-chain communication protocols
• Analyzing and designing the integration of mainstream cross-chain solutions (IBC, light clients, cross-chain bridges, messaging protocols, etc.)
• Researching cross-chain mechanisms of various public blockchains (Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos, Solana, Polygon, Layer2, etc.) and evaluating their advantages and disadvantages
• Addressing cross-chain security issues (replay attacks, anti-fraud proofs, state consistency)
• Guiding the team in implementing cross-chain solutions in real business applications

Responsibilities

1. Leading the architecture design of cross-chain systems and selecting appropriate cross-chain communication protocols.

2. Researching and maintaining cross-chain components, including: block header synchronization, Merkle/state proof verification, and cross-chain message routing.

3. Tracking and researching cutting-edge cross-chain technologies in the industry (such as Cosmos IBC, Polkadot XCM, LayerZero, Snowbridge, Polygon zkEVM Bridge, etc.).

4. Analyzing cross-chain security risks and developing fault tolerance and rollback mechanisms.

5. Collaborating with application teams to integrate cross-chain capabilities into DApp, DeFi, GameFi, and other business scenarios.

6. Writing technical documentation and conducting cross-chain technology training within the team.

• Background in computer science, cryptography, and distributed systems, with over 5 years of development experience and more than 3 years of blockchain experience.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream blockchain framework (Ethereum / Polkadot / Cosmos / Solana / Layer2).
• Familiar with mainstream cross-chain communication solutions and implementation principles, including:
• Light client verification
• Cross-chain bridges
• Cross-chain messaging protocols
• Proficient in at least one smart contract or low-level development language such as Rust / Go / Solidity / Move.
• Understanding of cryptographic primitives (signatures, multi-signatures, zero-knowledge proofs, VRF, etc.) with a strong security awareness.
• Prior experience in the actual development of cross-chain systems is preferred (cross-chain bridges, cross-chain contracts, validator development, etc.).
• Strong architectural design and communication skills, able to lead a team in tackling complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in the development or contributions to mainstream cross-chain projects.
• Experience with zk technologies, Rollups, and cross-chain security audits.
• Technical articles, patents, or open-source projects related to the cross-chain domain.
