- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution.
- Assist in creating project documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with advancements in BIM technology.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in BIM and CAD projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, strong project development skills, and knowledge of BIM software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
