Function: Responsible for the organization and analysis of our data, as well as the creation of relevant statistical dashboards. In the next phase, we will need to conduct detailed analysis of user sources, retention, and conversion at each step, as well as the Exp system.

Industry Background: Experience in large internet companies, such as Tencent or Alibaba, or traditional financial platforms, such as Futu or Eastmoney.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, from a 985/211 university, QS ranking above 100.
