• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate latte art and other coffee preparation techniques to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and coffee knowledge.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Ability to upsell menu items effectively.
