Description
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
- Provide excellent customer service and upsell products.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, strong communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and manage cash transactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
