Description
- Operate backhoe machinery for excavation and construction projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required, but relevant certifications in heavy machinery operation are a plus.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience operating backhoes in construction or similar settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating heavy equipment, strong knowledge of safety protocols, and basic mechanical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate backhoe for excavation, grading, and loading tasks while ensuring safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, often on construction sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
