Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on vehicle selection, features, and benefits.
Conduct vehicle evaluations, trade-ins, and explain financing options.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.
Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new Nissan models.
Meet sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for delivery.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience or relevant internships in the automotive industry.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in diagnostic tools and software.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide consultancy on vehicle maintenance and repair, advise customers on automotive solutions, stay updated with automotive industry trends.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to workshops; flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
