We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Field Auditor to join our team and help uphold operational standards across our retail branches. This role is key to identifying gaps in processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting efficiency and loss prevention through regular field audits. DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct routine audits at various retail locations, focusing on inventory accuracy, cash handling, and procedural compliance
• Evaluate store operations against internal SOPs and audit checklists to ensure consistency and adherence
• Document audit results clearly, highlighting discrepancies and proposing actionable recommendations
• Work closely with store teams during audits to review records, resolve discrepancies, and communicate audit findings
• Track the progress of corrective actions and ensure timely implementation
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, recommending preventive strategies to mitigate potential losses

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in auditing, preferably in the retail or multi-branch business sector
• Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Willing to travel regularly to conduct store audits

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday: Office-based (Sta. Cruz, Manila) for audit planning, reporting, and documentation
• Tuesday to Saturday: Fieldwork (store visits) based on a predetermined weekly route
