Description

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document and track service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new users and setup of devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and assist customers with inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong tech support skills, excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential for remote support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about technology.
