Description
- Oversee daily operations within assigned areas.
- Manage and train staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on sales performance.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with management to enhance customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Support, Sales Training, Sales Management, Competitor Analysis, Outside Sales, and Salesforce.
- Working Conditions: Field sales environment with potential travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills.
