Description
- Monitor the sales performance of assigned area
- Identify new opportunities to help the sales team achieve their targets.
- Recruit and train team leaders and sales agents to strengthen the workforce
- Submit weekly reports on team performance, highlighting challenges and providing recommendations
- Organize marketing events to enhance community awareness
- Must be willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Candidates must have telecommunications experience at a supervisory level
- Proficient in using Excel to generate reports
- Must be comfortable presenting -reports to management.
- Willingness to work on weekends is required
- A valid driver's license is required, Must be willing to drive for extended hours
