Job Description

• Developing detailed Construction Drawings, Design Drawings, and Detailing to a high standard of accuracy.
• Preparing thorough and reliable cost estimates for architectural elements.
• Coordinating all aspects of architectural drawings and works with stakeholders.
• Managing the submission and status updates of shop drawings and materials.
• Supervising on-site work progress to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Liaising effectively with internal business units, external architectural and engineering consultants, and construction contractors.
• Communicating professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within project teams.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Must be a licensed Architect.
• Latin Honors or outstanding scholastic/extracurricular achievements (e.g., Board Topnotcher) are a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Experience in residential and/or property real estate is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Autodesk Navisworks, 3D, and rendering software is required.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software like Primavera is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build effective working relationships with diverse project teams.
