Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements.

Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and present design proposals and technical drawings to clients and regulatory authorities.

Oversee construction progress and address design-related issues that arise during execution.

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools to create and refine architectural designs.

Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and models based on client needs and project specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Licensed Architect

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.

Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.

Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and project management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
