Description

  • As Payroll Analyst 2, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
  • You will play a crucial role in making sure employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing to the overall financial well-being of the organization and supporting employee satisfaction.

 

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:

  • Support payroll processing for countries served in the APAC region accurately, on-time, and at the highest quality following a defined payroll playbook
  • Validate payroll inputs, reconcile with outputs, and address errors or discrepancies
  • Communicate and coordinate with PwC team, client, and payroll service providers
  • Follow all applicable client and regulatory requirements for data protection and compliance
  • Support payroll activities outside the regular payroll cycle (e.g., off-cycle payments including bonuses, year-end activities, requirements for specific countries, etc.)
  • Support identification, design, and execution of continuous improvement activities
  • Apply a learning mindset and take ownership for your own development
  • Appreciate diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others
  • Adopt habits to sustain high performance and develop your potential
  • Actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas

Requirements

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 year
  • Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ): Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior Payroll Operations experience, experience using Microsoft suite of Office applications, fluency in one or more APAC region languages
