Description
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and advice on air quality.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in HVAC technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in prefabricated and agricultural construction, historical and green building methods, and various building types including commercial, high-rise, and public buildings.
- Working Conditions: Often work in varying climates; may require lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, strong work ethic, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
