Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for formulating and implementing the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment between technical planning and business development goals;

2. Lead the technology team in research and innovation, including blockchain-related technologies and their applications in the company's business;

3. Responsible for designing, optimizing, and iterating the company’s technical architecture, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency;

4. Track the latest technological trends in the industry and explore innovative applications of cutting-edge technologies in blockchain, artificial intelligence, and Web3;

5. Manage and build the technology team, including talent acquisition, training, and team development, fostering an innovative culture;

6. Support technical communications with investors, partners, and clients, assisting in the realization of business opportunities;

7. Collaborate with other executives to formulate long-term development plans, providing technical support for company decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields, with English as a working language;

2. At least 3 years of technical team management experience, with prior experience in a CTO or technical lead role preferred;

3. Deep understanding of blockchain technology and practical project experience;

4. Familiarity with the Web 3.0 ecosystem, digital assets, cryptography, and decentralized application development is preferred;

5. Strong technological foresight, capable of formulating a reasonable technology roadmap in line with business needs;

6. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination skills, and team management experience;

7. Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to grow with the company and take on responsibilities.
