- Ensure efficient implementation of field trials for current and pipeline products of the company
- Ensure all data are properly are documented and filed
- Participation in the development of in-depth knowledge on competitors' products—maintaining technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
- BS Agriculture graduate with strong technical working knowledge
- With at least 1 year of research experience in major crops in the Philippines
- Can work under minimum supervision and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna, residents from the area are highly preferred
