Manage and process daily administrative documents.
Compile regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) related to administrative activities.
Input data into the company's system or spreadsheets accurately and on time.
Handle correspondence via email, chat, or internal communication platforms.
Assist in the archiving of digital documents and organizing files.
Support the team in other administrative activities as needed.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent (preferably D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related fields).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Able to type quickly and accurately.
Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to details.
Possess good communication skills, particularly through email, chat, or video calls.
Able to work independently and maintain discipline with targets or deadlines.
Administrative experience is a plus, but beginners are encouraged to apply.
Have a stable internet connection to support remote work.
