Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the Admin team.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and files.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, billing, scanning, photocopying, notarizing, and data entry.
  • Handle the processing of business permits and BIR registration, and renewal.
  • Prepare and process basic internal documents and reports.
  • Help schedule interviews, meetings, or trainings.
  • Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Support other Admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • With 6 months of Admin experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willing to be assigned at Del Monte Ave., Quezon City.
