Description

  • Review and monitor coordinators daily task
  • Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports
  • Check email and respond if needed
  • Checking daily task of the whole department and subordinates
  • Prepare and submit daily report progress and plans
  • Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.
  • Prepare and arrange the materials
  • Counter check and review of technical expense
  • Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted
  • Check and finalize time keeping of the department every cut-off.
  • Can drive 4 wheels private car with Drivers license.
  • Can work on Weekend and Holidays

Requirements

  • can work under pressure
  • can do multitasking
  • can work with minimal supervision
  • with work experience is a plus but not required
  • with Driver's License
  • can drive 4 wheel car
