  • Provide sales, procurement, and administrative support to executives
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials/products
  • Prepare reports, proposals/bids/quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
  • College graduate or at least 2 years in college
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
