Description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
  • Performing data entry and analysis
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or any related course
  • With work experience/internship of Accounting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in accounting/admin duties
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft software and Excel
  • Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces/Ayala, Makati
