Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Maintain and update the talent database, providing data analysis support.
Participate in client needs assessments, providing market information and recommendations.
Support the team's daily administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
Maintain good relationships between the company, candidates, and clients.

Educational Qualifications: At least an associate degree or higher.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and written communication skills, capable of effective scheduling, fluent in English, accurate data entry, strong organizational skills, and appropriate use of discretion.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Responsible for daily administrative support, coordinating meeting arrangements, managing documents, and handling data entry.
Working Conditions: Work in an office environment, with occasional overtime required.
