We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to assist with our company's day-to-day operations. The chosen candidate will handle administrative duties, organize office operations, and assist management and staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing company events.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and with a professional demeanor.
