Description

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for internal tracking and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor communication.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining regular communication with suppliers and clients.
  • Prepare and process delivery receipts and invoices for both suppliers and customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate closely with the Pastry Chef regarding daily and advance pastry orders.
  • Monitor pantry and stock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels across branches.
  • Prepare purchase orders and process stock/item requests from restaurant and café locations.
  • Regularly update and review supplier pricing and product availability.
  • Communicate with existing clients and customers to follow up on orders, address inquiries, and promote new pastry offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year college course.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles is a plus.
