Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage scheduling, provide support, and maintain organized records.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings and events, preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, Help Desk support, data analysis, and data entry.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong time management, analytical skills, discretion, and organizational abilities.
