Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in Contract Preparation and Keen to the details.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, strong time management abilities, excellent written communication, data entry accuracy, and superior organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
