- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Maintain electronic and physical files
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information
- Coordinate supplies for warehouse needs
- Maintain and reorder office supplies
- Manage office stock
- Prepare regular reports (stocks inventory)
- Organize company records
