Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Manager to join the team at Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organization's day-to-day administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducts overall planning for the general administrative maintenance, safety, and security of TSPI’s facilities and equipment in the Head Office, Regional, and Branch offices. 
  • Handles procurement of office supplies and equipment. 
  • Ensures adequate insurance protection for all company assets and properties. 
  • Manages the sale of acquired assets and other properties approved for disposal. 
  • Directs technical and logistical assistance to new and existing branches.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective administrative policies, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for administrative matters
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in administration, security, and/or general services
  • Background in the micro-finance industry (MFI) is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of office management best practices and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
