Description

  • In charge of all the business permits and monitoring.
  • Coordinate communication between other subordinates.
  • Responsible for monitoring other subordinates/partners.
  • Handle order processing and follow up on deliveries.
  • In charge of all the company's errands, events, and branch concerns.
  • Build relationships and effective communication with suppliers.
  • End-to-end assistance to the management.
  • Responsible for clerical work.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in report generation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for all the company's errands, branch concerns, and supplies. Assistance to other administrative staff.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, fieldwork, standard working hours, may require occasional overtime. Amenable to working with foreigners.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and possessing a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
