Description

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm procurement needs.

  • Follow up on order deliveries and resolve any supply issues.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
