Description

  • Manage and monitor all administrative activities of the company.
  • Organize the work schedule of administrative staff and ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare, store, and oversee the filing of important company documents.
  • Compile regular administrative reports for management.
  • Develop efficient and organized administrative work systems.
  • Draft SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for administrative purposes.
  • Conduct evaluations and training for administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with other divisions (HR, Finance, Operations) to support administrative needs.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data and documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably having served as a supervisor or manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital administration systems.
  • Possesses leadership qualities, attention to detail, organization skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Able to work with targets and under pressure.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of legal document management and company SOPs.
