Entering and updating data into the company’s computer system or database.
Checking and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Organizing and storing documents or data files systematically.
Identifying errors or inconsistencies in data and making corrections as necessary.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of company data.
Communicating with other teams to ensure that the data input meets business needs.
Assisting in the creation of reports based on the data entered.

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
Experience as a data entry operator, administration, or related fields is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
Understanding the basics of database management is a plus.
High typing speed with a low error rate.
Detail-oriented in handling data and able to work meticulously.
Able to identify data errors and correct them.
Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with other teams to ensure accurate data.
