Description

1.     Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

2.     Researching potential vendors.

3.     Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.

4.     Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties

5.     Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal

6.     Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory

7.     Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements

8.     Monitor requisition of office supplies.

Requirements

•          High school diploma or equivalent education required.

•          At least 1 year experience of administrative role with exposure to purchasing is an advantage.

•          Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and telephone.

•          Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

•          Able to meet multiple deadlines.

•          Verbal and written communication skills.
