Description
- 1. Office & Administrative Support
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- 2. Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when necessary.
- Coordinate with different departments for office-related tasks.
- 3. Data Entry & Documentation
- Input and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation.
- 4. Customer & Employee Support
- Assist with employee requests, onboarding, and basic HR functions.
- Respond to client and vendor inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
