Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
  • Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to warehouse operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Department for billing and reconciliation purposes.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Conduct regular counts and periodic physical inventory checks.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and track stock movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure that all incoming and outgoing tile products meet quality standards.
  • Report and document any damages, defects, or discrepancies in shipments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures in the warehouse. Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Procurement Department to address any issues related to warehouse operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of any course.
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration and logistics coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns and discrepancies in inventory data.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and collaborating with teams.
  • Physical capability to perform manual counting, including lifting and moving boxes of tile products.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of tile products, materials, and specifications is a plus.
