Description

· Perform timely and accurate invoicing and billing activities.

· Coordinate billing operations to meet customer requirements.

· Generate and send invoices promptly.

· Prepare sales reports.

· Handle financial accounting tasks and reports.

· Assist with spreadsheet preparation and correspondence.

· Meet reporting deadlines.

· Support finance presentations.

· Liaise with accounts and external vendors.

· Assist with year-end audit preparation.

· Undertake ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA Exam Passer or Certified Bookkeeper is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
