Schedule: Mon - Fri (Night shift)


Job Description: Philtech Inc. is seeking experienced Accounting Supervisors to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and lead a team of accounting professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations to any of the following accounting functions, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger or transactional recording, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, internal audit.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
  • Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
