Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and POS reports.
Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain AP/AR records.
Monitor and track inventory purchases, cost allocations, and petty cash usage.
Assist with payroll preparation, commissions for stylists/therapists, and employee expense reimbursements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Maintain proper documentation and digital filing of financial records.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in retail, spa, or wellness industries.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
