1. Evaluate all RFPs endorsed by the Accounting Officers.

2. Review all supporting computations and documents of monthly withholding tax on compensation and expanded withholding tax.

3. Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/Income Payments Exempt from Withholding Tax (including the alphalist).

4. Prepare alphalist for Annual Information Return of Income Taxes.

5. Prepare accrual and analysis on VAT and EWT payments planning.

6. Prepare computation for VAT filing.

7. Annual Inventory List

8. Review Accounts Payable Vouchers and submit listing.( Check Disbursement Vouchers and General Journal Vouchers)

9. Prepare reports:

a. Cash balance

b. Bank reconciliation

c. Financial statements

10. Review admin payroll (except Department Heads)

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant with audit and accounting background of at least 2 years combined.

2. Technically competent in accounting, finance and taxation.

3. With experience in FS preparation, consolidation of data and analysis of different GL accounts.

4. With extensive experience in BIR tax forms filing (VAT, IT, EWT and WTC).

5. With good oral and written communication skills in order to present information and respond to questions from all levels within and outside the organization.

6. Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and SAGE 50 Accounting Software literate or with experience in using accounting software.

7. Working in construction industry is an advantage.
