  • Record and monitor daily financial transactions of the hotel.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments for billing and cost tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel accounting or general accounting
  • Knowledge of hotel revenue cycle, accounts receivable/payable, and cash handling
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or hotel PMS systems)
  • Strong knowledge of BIR regulations, taxation, and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Trustworthy, with high integrity in handling confidential financial information
  • Good communication and coordination skills with operations and management
