Description
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasts.
- Support audits and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial analysis.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, SAP, Audit practices, Billing, Accounting Systems, and Tax Reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, but may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and team player with a proactive attitude.
